CDGK introduces modern system for cleaning of roads

KARACHI: City District Government Karachi (CDGK) has on Friday introduced mechanical sweeping system from China for cleaning of roads. On this occasion, DCO Karachi Muhammad Hussain Syed, while talking to journalists at Fawwara Chowk, Saddar said that at initial stage the work has been started with six vehicles while number of these vehicles would be increased to 14 in next few weeks. Syed said, “This is modern way of cleaning roads in very short time, which will save manpower as well.” He said that a Chinese team is here to assist the CDGK staff to operate these machines.
