DHA Quetta Introduces Limited-Time Incentive for Residential Applicants

Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has introduced a time-limited offer aimed at enticing potential residential applicants with a range of exceptional benefits. This announcement was communicated through the authority's official Facebook page on November 29.

As per the details, the authority is set to provide reimbursements for development charges to residential applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis. This enticing opportunity is crafted to alleviate the financial burden associated with residential construction.

Adding to the appeal, members will also enjoy complimentary services, including Soil Investigation, Design Consultancy, and Evacuation. These services, offered free of charge, are intended to facilitate a seamless and efficient construction process.

Conditions for Reimbursements To qualify for development charge reimbursements, applicants must adhere to specific conditions:

1. Construction of the residential building must commence within 30 days of Map Approval.
2. A 100% development charges refund is assured if the residential building is completed within 18 months.
3. A 50% development charges refund is applicable if the residential building is completed within 24 months.

Interested candidates can submit their applications in either hard or soft form to the Town Planning Office and Building Control Office during regular office hours. It is noteworthy that documented or authorized dealers are also eligible to take advantage of this exclusive scheme.
