KARACHI: Pakistan International Airline’s employees including regular, contractual, directors and only those pilots holding executive and managerial positions have contributed their one-day salary for the support of internally displaced persons (IDPs) of Swat and adjacent areas. PALPA members to give 1-day salary for IDPs

KARACHI: Pakistan Air Lines Pilots Association (PALPA) members will contribute one-day salary of all its 465 member pilots to prime minister’s fund for internally displaced persons (IDPs) of Swat region, Vice President PALPA Capt Suhail Baluch said. “We would like to express solidarity with our brothers in Swat and other districts affected by the current situation in the region. PALPA executive committee and pilots hope that miseries faced by IDPs will end soon and peace prevails in the region. The whole nation should join hands to help displaced families in this crisis,”’ he said. ppi
