MCB AMC declares cash dividends

KARACHI: The Board of Directors of MCB Asset Management Company (MCB AMC), the management company of MCB Dynamic Cash Fund (DCF) and MCB Cash Management Optimizer (CMOP) has declared cash dividends. For the MCB Dynamic Cash Fund, it announced cash dividend at the rate of Rs 2.80 per unit to cash dividend unit holders. Bonus units on growth and income units at the rate of 2.8 percent on the face value of Rs 100 (Rs 2.8 per unit) will be given. For MCB Cash Management Optimizer, it announced cash dividend at the rate of Rs 2.6092 per unit to cash dividend unit holders. Bonus on growth and income Units at the rate of 2.6092 percent on the face value of Rs 100 (Rs 2.6092 per unit) will be given. MCB AMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of MCB Bank Limited, is an open-end fund management company. It is managing four mutual funds with total assets under management amounting to around Rs 15.7 billion as at April 22nd, 2010. staff report
