PTCL launches personal global number for corporate customers

ISLAMABAD (June 10 2010): PTCL has introduced Personal Global Number on its landline to facilitate its valued customers. Launch of personal global number as a high end value added service will enable PTCL customers to use landline more effectively and productively. They will be able to plan and receive scheduled/unscheduled call diversions at as many as six different locations using timetable and temporary routing codes respectively.

This service also provides customers with multiple incoming and outgoing features eg incoming/outgoing calls screening, incoming calls security etc. Not only this, customers will also be provided the facility of out dialing from anywhere in Pakistan using 1229 IVR and login information yet enjoy the unified billing, ie, the bill will be sent to the personal global number which is subscribed for this service.

EVP Consumer services Aasif Inam said that this new service will add more value to our landline service and further enhance PTCL image as a customer friendly service provider. SEVP Commercial Naveed Saeed said that the launch of Personal Global Number is a radical milestone achieved by PTCL in innovation and technology.-PR
