Govt not withdrawing judges’ restoration notification: PM

LAHORE: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani rejected the news regarding taking back the notification of judges’ restoration, saying that it is a conspiracy to create a misunderstanding between the government and the judiciary, a private TV channel reported on Thursday. After attending a session of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Punjab chapter in Islamabad, Gilani added that it was false news having no authenticity. He said that this sort of news was a plot to produce a rift between the government and the judiciary, adding that he would not let the conspiracies be successful. The miscreants do not want the institutions to be strengthened, he added.
