Allottees appeal to CJ for justice

ISLAMABAD: Members of the society and action committee Muhammad Haq Bab, Mazhar Iqbal Mughal, Mazhar Khan, Fazal Hussain Anjum, Abu Bakar and others said that during 2008-2011 NIEECHS executives were requested many times to call the general body meeting, but the executives were not interested to brief the members on any development in land transfer. They said from May 2008 to February 2011 NIEECHS executive body had made three agreements with M/s Islamabad Corporation but all the agreements were never fulfilled. They appealed to Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry to take up the case in Supreme Court and ensure them justice
