CDA raises housing societies fee

Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has increased the fee structure by cent percent for the housing societies located in federal capital.

Fee for the approval of lay out plan of these societies has been increased from Rs 500 per kanal to Rs 1000 per kanal and engineering design fee from Rs 250 per kanal to Rs 500 per kanal. Similarly development expansion fee which stood earlier Rs 500000 per annum has been increased to Rs 1000000.
