Metro Bus Project Is For The Entire Country: Shahbaz

LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that metro bus project is not only for Lahore but it was for the entire country and it would be inaugurated on February 10. He said that Punjab government had completed this high standard project through its own resources and assistance of Turkey. He expressed these views while presiding over a high-level meeting regarding metro bus project at Model Town. Members Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif, Pervaiz Malik, Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, Khawaja Imran Nazir and others were present on the occasion. Shahbaz said that metro bus project was transparent which had been constructed according to international standards. He said metro bus project had cost Rs 30 billion while paper project of underground transport system made by cronies of former dictator would have cost Rs 240b.
