Lahore: 25 police officers get notices on poor performance

CAPITAL City Police Officer Muhammad Pervez Rathore has said there was not place for the inefficient police officers.

The CCPO Lahore has issued immediate show-cause notices for 25 SHOs and in charges of investigations of different police stations for their poor performance and failure in arresting proclaimed offenders involved in heinous crimes.

Muhammad Pervez Rathore has said that strict disciplinary action would be taken against such police officials who would fail to meet their required target of arrests of hardened criminals. The CCPO directed SHOs and in charge of investigations of various police stations to perform their duties with dedication and honesty otherwise they would be removed from the Police Department.

The SHOs and in charge of investigations for whom show-cause notices have been issued are: Inspectors Soba Khan, Ahmed Raza Jafarri, Ulfat Hayat, Asad Mehmood, Hamad Akhtar, Maqsood Ahmed, Wasim Aslam, Wasim Akhter, Zaheer-Ul-Din, Naveed Arshad, Zulfiqar Hameed, Abid Hussain, Muhammad Javed, Farhat Abbas, Muhammad Arfan, Arif Miraj, Saif-ur-Rehman and others.
