DHA Sold Land To EOBI For Less

The news sources state that DHA sold the expressway property and sector F land on much less rates than the market price. The investigations in this matter revealed that the 221 kanal plot in business square and 100 Kanal commercial plot in business corridor was both sold to EOBI on very less price as compared to the market. To assess the true value of the land sold, an ad was given in the newspaper, the very next day. As a result 19 plots were sold to at a rate of 2.55 million rs per 1 Marla while the said property was sold in 2.45 million to the EOBI.

In December 2012, through balloting plots were sold @ the rate of 3.3million per Marla while the actual price was 4 million. Also residential plots in phase 1 and other property spread on 574 Kanal was sold to EOBI on very less rates on EOBI’s request. The investigations reveal that the corruption and the scandal go a long way and EOBI is as much involved as DHA in this massive level scam.
