Palm City Lahore LDA Approved and fully developed project by Paramount Associates of Late Qazi Amjad sahib ( Now run by his four sons Yasir Haris Usama Muaz Qazi ). Project in the market for many years but we Lahore Real Estate was not dealing in it due to non NOC status at that time. It just got approved this year in Feb 2018 from Lahore Development Authority via NOC # ( LDA/DMP-II/581 ). Palm City Lahore Construction and Development:



  • Only 500 kanal project small size. Hard to find a good location.
  • Gas is still not available yet but will be available in 12 to 16 weeks In Sha Allah.
  • Some roads size is too small but no traffic so they don't matter much as they are only serving less than a dozen homes with dead ends.
Lahore Real Estate Recommendations:

Good for investment or building a house to live or sell. Prefer Royal block 5 marla 1st. Don't buy any weak location on boundary etc. If bought through Lahore Real Estate we get you best possible location as no one study & understand schemes maps in dept like us cause we are property geeks and whelay Waley bandey Smile. If you will try to save 5 to 10 thousand in commision discounts some dealers will definitely rip you off for few lacs with giving worst location like near boundary overhead tank etc. Try to understand this is a developed scheme and each plot have own location worth that matter most even though booking price is same (Even in DHA 9 Lahore Prism some kanal plots don't sell at 85 lac for months and at the same time some kanal plots take only days to sell at 140s due to location difference. Please don't blame LRE later that we recommend you this schemes after you get ripped off from some cheat get rich quick dealers trying to save Rs 5000 discount etc. If you wanna buy on Lahore Real Estate advice please only buy from us after checking market rates. You will not only find out rates are better due to more knowledge scheme bargaining power & years of negotiations expertise than you but also you will be in safe hands knowing what size to buy when to buy where to buy and when the time has arrived to sell to lock the gains and look for next opportunity.
