LDA City Lahore Extends Deadline To Pay Development Charges

Last date for deposit of 1st installment of development charges for LDA City has been extended up to 15th May 2020. The schedule for remaining installments will be amended accordingly.

LDA City Lahore has announced the schedule of development charges for its residential plots. The development charges are applicable on the allottees of LDA City Phase 1 Jinnah Sector which is currently under development. The development charges will be payable in 2 years through 8 equal quarterly installments.

The total amount of development charges for each plot size is mentioned below:

• 5 Marla Plot: 4 Lac Rupees
• 10 Marla Plot: 6.90 Lac Rupees
• 1 Kanal Plot: 11.50 Lac Rupees
• 2 Kanal Plot: 23 Lac Rupees

The payment challan can be downloaded from LDA City’s Website by entering your file number. You can print 4 copies of the challan and submit your charges in the form of cash or pay order in any nationwide branch of Allied Bank.

Please note that 17.5% surcharge will be levied in case of payment after due date. It is also important to mention here that you cannot sell/transfer your files without payment of due development charges.
