DHA Multan Announces Extension In Surcharge Incentive Scheme For Plots, Villas

Multan: On April 1, a post was published on the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan's official Facebook page announcing the extension of the Surcharge Incentive Scheme for all types of plots and villas.

According to the information, the authority has extended the deadline for claiming the surcharge waiver program on all categories of plots and villas upon payment of all installments due until April 30, 2023. It was mentioned that the ballot results for plot and location would be thrown out if the members didn't pay by April 30th, 2023.



Additionally, defaulting members who were or had already paid the land cost but are unable to continue making installment payments may apply for cancellation and receive a refund for the money paid. After deducting the membership fee and 10% of the remainder, the administration will return the money that was deposited.

A special program for members and their blood relatives—parents, spouses, and kids—was also made public by the DHA Multan. Members and their blood relatives may have their paid amounts transferred from one allocation to another without any deductions if the allocation is requested to be cancelled.
