Islamabad: Good news has been delivered by the Defense Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) for the Garden Villas residents, who recently joined Phase IV. On September 26, this was posted on the authority's official Facebook page.

The authorities have approved a ground-breaking plan that will benefit the owners of existing Garden Villas residences in an effort to make life easier and more convenient for locals. The Garden Villas tenants will receive the following necessary documentation from the DHAI-R free of charge:

 • Site Plan

 • Possession Letter

 • House Completion Drawing 

• House Completion Certificate

DHA Phase IV encourages all owners of existing houses in Garden Villas, now merged into DHA Phase IV, to apply promptly for these essential documents.
