LAHORE: There is no load shedding in the Defence Housing Authority’s (DHA) W-Block when Prime Minister (PM) Yousuf Raza Gilani visits Lahore and stays in his house at the block. A resident of the block said that the residents of the locality were “the luckiest people in the country”. “I wish the PM stays at Lahore more often as people benefit from his visits — at least we do,” said Mrs Arshad, another resident of W-Block. staff report
