Etihad Town Phase-2 Intimation of Cancellation of Booking

Etihad town Phase 2 Intimation of Cancellation of Booking for file holders. Important notice by the management of Etihad Town Phase 2.

Dear Customer,
This has reference to our earlier cancellation notice dated 24-01-2023, whereby you were given an opportunity to pay the outstanding installment(s), we regret to inform that you have failed to pay the outstanding amount/installment(s), which eventually has caused CANCELLATION of your plot booking. You are hereby given a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter i.e. on or before date 23-02-2023 to make the payment of all outstanding installment(s) and charges due, along with late payment charges @ 3% per month and restoration fee of Rs. 10,000/- for restoration of the cancelled Plot booking. After the expiry of this period, you will have no right whatsoever with regards to the said booking and the Plot booking will be
allotted to some other customer.

If for whatever reason you are unable to restore the booking in accordance with the terms of this letter, an amount equaling to ten percent (10%) of the Plot Price will be deducted as per clause 10 of booking application form and the remaining amount will be refunded as per applicable law.
