China's Railroad to World Domination: A $58 billion rail link with Pakistan would reduce dependence on the West

China is proposing its most expensive Belt and Road Initiative to date, with a proposed $58 billion rail system linking Pakistan and western China to further reduce Western countries' dependence on trade, reports say. the letter said on Thursday.
