DHA Town is one of four strong projects I have identified so far that are going to be safe from fall from today's prices in case of any possible correction in Lahore property market. I will only share all four on case by case bases as needed and fits my clients budgets. During past I highlight any good project and its starts flying high next day and go out of reach before my own friends and clients could buy it. It's a great place to build a house on a small size plot for personal living on DHA Lahore protected land f or even for constructing for sale purpose. Since price of plots are still low compare to DHA 5 near boundary or DHA6 D block near boundary. In DHA phase 5 only plot of 5 Marla cost over 1 crore so houses cost even more. It's also a great investment for people that want almost correction proof slow but steady gainer investment. DHA town has fraud free transfers and is Qabza groups free and on top of all that FBR values of smaller size plots are lot lower than 40 lacs so no capital taxes etc. Lahore Real Estate is most active dealer these days in DHA Town Lahore so you are assured to have best prices and good locations. Badian road widening with Punjab Govt billions worth Liver and kidney transplant center and as high as Rs 100 billions worth Knowledge park projects infront of DHA Town are only few things that will make DHA Town all blocks and Prism R block very sought after properties in near future inshaAllah. About in 2 years at max. An underpass linking DHA6 and DHA town/Prism R is scheduled to complete within 6 months. Construction to start for that after rains season is over. When or if you are ready to buy for living or for investment in short or long term please inform me first to assign you right person to execute a smooth deal at good price. Both residential and commercial plots and files here have lots of potential for growth from currently depressed prices. All eye balls were only on Prism / DHA7 and all people including LRE were ignoring this gem for way too long.
