Islamabad Property News : CDA issued 21 NOCs in the last two decades

Islamabad: Between 1994 and 2017, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued 21 No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for housing projects in Islamabad’s Zones II and V, and Sector E-11, according to a news source quoting details from a CDA document.

Out of these 21 societies, layout plans for 16 societies were also approved in the last 23 years. During the same time, the civic authority cancelled the NOC for one society and the layout plan for seven.

According to the document, the societies in Zone II for which the authority issued NOCs and approved layout plans include the Cabinet Division Housing Scheme, Engineers Housing Scheme, Khayaban-e-Kashmir I, Multi Garden I, New Islamabad Garden, Roshan Pakistan Corporation, Tele Garden, Islamabad Gardens and National Police Foundation.
