Murree exempted from load shedding

ISLAMABAD: Water and Power Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has exempted Murree from ongoing load shedding. According to official sources, the minister issued a directive to this effect considering the demand of local people and foreign tourists who were avoiding visiting the hill station due to load shedding. The minister expressed the hope that the decision would further strengthen the tourism sector. Many local and foreign tourists had appealed to the minister to exempt Muree from load shedding. app
