CADD Minister Demands Immediate Resolution of Funds Issues

Capital Administration & Development Division (CADD) Minister of state, Barrister Usman Ibrahim directed all the concerned officials to immediately resolve the funds related issues, staff salary, recruitment of human resources and civil work.

He gave this order while chairing a meeting of PSDP regarding the development schemes/projects at CADD, after reviewing the performance of ongoing projects along with the feasibility reports of new and upcoming projects of PIMS, FGPC, FDE and Population Welfare. He also took notice of the relevant issues like financial and human resource issues of these institutions.

Moreover, he said that a clear and approved recruitment policy should be implemented for any new hiring. Talking about the issues related to PIMS, he said that the issues related to the construction of two hostels; one for female doctors and another for the nurses, should be fixed as soon as possible. These projects should be completed as soon as possible.

Planning Commission previously had a few issues about PWD work and escalation cost of these projects, so minister stressed that all the issues of PIMS and FGPC related to the PWD should be resolved as soon as possible. Recruitment of human resources and procurement of equipment should be done simultaneously in order to fully utilize the time and resources.
