Balloting For Sector I-15 Residential Plots Held

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has successfully conducted a transparent computerised balloting for allotment of 4,078 plots in lieu of apartments to the former allottees of sector I-15 at the Pak-China Friendship Centre.

The plots are being allotted to the former flat allottees in the same sector at subsidised rates as compared to the original price of the flats. The balloting process was supervised by a committee headed by Member Finance CDA Waseem Ahmed Khan. The process was also conducted in the presence of large number of flat allottees of sector I-15.

Chairman CDA has appreciated the steps taken by the relevant formations of the Authority for organizing transparent and successful balloting of the plots in the lieu of flats to the flat allottees of sector I-15.
