CDA to Give Possession of Plots in Park Enclave

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is about to initiate the process of giving possession of plots to the allottees of dream housing project Park Enclave in December, 2015.

It is notable that work on the remaining portion of 300 kanal has been started at faster pace. The Court of Law has vacated the stay order, due to which the CDA has taken possession of this area. Now as per the civic authority officials, CDA has complete possession of the scheme’s land and has increased its efforts for the execution of the development work to meet the deadline of completing Park Enclave project.

After completing the project, the authority will hand over the possession to the allottees. Construction work on main road from Park Road to Park Enclave has been completed and the construction work on central gate of the housing project has been initiated.
