Bahria Town and ARY Group have signed an agreement to build ARY Residencia in Bahria Town Karachi, according to a news source. The agreement in this regard was signed on Wednesday in Dubai between Bahria Town Country Head Shahid Mehmood Qureshi and ARY Group Chairman Haji Iqbal in Dubai.

ARY Residencia will be a gated community comprising 300 villas. It will feature a masjid, a school, a hospital and a cricket stadium. The society will be part of the Bahria Sports City. The project is yet to be inaugurated, and according to sources, it will be launched in the beginning of 2018
