DHA Gujranwala Transfer Office in Lahore is all set for grand opening on 30th July 2018. All registered dealers will be invited for inauguration ceremony of this Transfer Office located in DHA Lahore Phase 6. A couple of months ago, we informed you that DHA Gujranwala is considering to open Transfer Office in Lahore and now it is about to open its doors for customers. During booking phase of its 5 Marla plots, it got overwhelming response from all across the country and sub office in a major city like Lahore was direly needed.

DHA Gujranwala Transfer Office (Lahore) Location

Being a chapter of DHA Lahore, the Transfer Office (Sub Office) of DHA Gujranwala was supposed to be located in DHA Lahore. DHA Gujranwala Transfer Office is located in the building number 133-MB, (Main Boulevard) DHA Phase 6 Lahore adjacent to The Bank of Punjab.

DHA Gujranwala Plot Transfer to Start from 30th July

DHA Gujranwala Transfer Office will be functional and oversee all operations related to plots transfer right after 30th July. All facilities in this regard have been provided in this transfer office which will be helpful for plot holders who belong to or reside in Lahore. If you have already applied for NDC in the Main Office, even then you can continue the remaining procedure from this transfer office.

DHA Gujranwala Development to Start in Six Months

Good news for DHA Gujranwala customers is that its development is going to start in the next six months. For development of this project, DHA Gujranwala administration has signed a contract with renowned construction firm National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK). At the moment, we don’t have much detail in this regard and will keep you updated in future.

DHA Gujranwala Plots

Currently DHA Gujranwala 5 Marla plots are available on reasonable own price and installment plan has just started. In the recent balloting, total 4000 plots of 5 Marla were balloted. Around 7000 files for the remaining two categories 10 Marla & 1 Kanal were issued previously which are now available on cash (lump sum). Most probably DHA Gujranwala will launch new bookings of 10 Marla plots in September or October on installment plan.
