Minister for expediting work on 7 PHAF projects
Islamabad : The Minister of State for Housing and Works Barrister Usman Ibrahim has directed the concerned officials to expedite the remaining work on seven stalled projects of Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF).
He was chairing the 12th meeting of PHAF’s board of directors here on Monday. He showed his serious concern over the delay in completion of these projects that are causing frustration among the people who were allotted plots. The minister strictly directed for accelerating work on these projects, putting emphasis on completion of those project on priority which are more than 90% complete including Wafaqi Colony Housing Project and UET shops of Lahore. The minister of state also directed concerned officials to issue allotment letters of G-11/3 (C-type apartments) to allottees with the given time of 7 days after payment of their remaining dues as the construction and infrastructure work is 99% complete. |
