LDA Seals 23 Plazas For Not Obtaining Building Completion Certificates

Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) sealed 23 plazas at Valencia Town Civic Centre because their owners failed to submit applications for obtaining building completion certificates. However, LDA de-sealed these plazas after receiving partial building completion certificates’ fee from the owners.

LDA’s Town Planning Wing also sealed a plaza owned by the former governor at Valencia Town for non-payment of commercialization fee, which was de-sealed after LDA received partial fee for commercialization of the plaza.
