KMC Administrator Receives Show-cause Notice For His Failure To Remove Illegal Construction



Karachi: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued show-cause notice to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation administrator for not removing illegal structures from an amenity plot in the North Nazimabad.

According to a news source, the court had ordered the administrator to remove illegal structures from the plot in November 2011, but the court’s order was not followed. Now a two-judge bench of the SHC has told the KMC administrator to justify his stance on not removing illegal structures.
