Development Status of Gulberg Greens and Gulberg Residencia Islamabad

Islamabad (Sunday, January 11, 2015) – Gulberg Residencioa Housing Scheme and Gulberg Greens Housing Schemes are the projects of IB Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS) Islamabad. It was launched in 2013 and 2014.

Now its development work is under final stage. Residential plots possession is being made in Gulberg Residencia Housing Scheme. While in Guberg Greens Plots are ready for the possession.

Masjid Hamza and Masjid Ayesha has been started to construct. Sue Gas Line has been laid. Gas supply will be operational in next 2 or 3 months. Project boundary wall is being constructed and modern security system is fabricated. In all project under electricity system has been implemented.

4 Kanal, 5 Kanal and 10 Kanal Plots are ready for the construction of Houses. Executive Black and Blocks A, B, C are ready for possession.
