Bahria Town Karachi has always delivered possession in its different projects and precincts on time as per commitment. In case of Bahria Sports City Villas Karachi, possession were handed over even before time from 23rd March 2018. However, some owner did not seem serious about getting ownership of their properties and Bahria Town Karachi management has decided to give them a last chance. Possession of their Sports City Villas are ready but waiting for their request officially so that Bahria Town can deliver it. Now the administration has given a final deadline for such owners to take possession of their villas.

In a letter issued to those members who have not got possession of their villas, Bahria Town Karachi has informed them about the final deadline. The last date of submission of application for requesting possession is 20th August and this is the final call by Bahria Town Karachi. Otherwise these villas will be allotted to some other customers who are willing in this case. Earlier, the project management had issued this notice to these owners but they did not pay attention which pushed authorities to take this decision.

How to Get Possession of Bahria Sports City Villas – Complete Procedure
To get possession of your Sports City Villas, you must download and fill request for possession form and submit it before 20th August to Bahria Town Karachi Head Office. Some documents are required to get possession which will be attached with this application. Similarly maintenance charges, utility charges and possession charges are also payable to Bahria Town Karachi to get possession. Following are the details of these pre-requisites.

Copy of CNIC and 2 Passport Size Photograph
Original Customer Copy of Booking Form/Transfer Letter
All original deposit slips
Authority Letter on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper if the allotee cannot visit. CNIC and Photograph of the authority holder is also required.
