DHA Multan Villas launching ceremony is happening these days and these villas will be up for booking now. Finally the day has arrived as investors and general buyers were expecting this official launch for quite some time. The booking details and therefore the procedure are told at the occasion wherever all authorized dealers are invited. DHA Multan Villas Booking and Ceremony Details

We Lahore Real Estate noted the today point of ceremony . There is total Villas 556 are available for booking (further break down is not available yet). Villa Booking last date is 28 Sep, 2018. There is no loadshedding as villas amenities (also mention that in future all DHA Multan will be loadshedding free area).

Villas Balloting/Possession:

Villas ballot will be happened on October 2018.
Up to 30% Villa possession June 2019
Up to 70% Villa possession Dec 2019
Remaining 30% till Dec 2020

DHA Multan Villas Booking Instruction

After filling out DHA Villas booking (Application form) and will need to submit it to DHA Multan office after payment in the bank. Booking fee and application processing fee (category wise) will need to be submitted initially in the bank.

• One application form will be submitted against one villa only.
• All local and overseas Pakistanis can apply.
• Application processing fee is non-refundable.
• Booking fee will be adjusted in down payment in case of successful applicants after DHA Multan Villas balloting.
• For unsuccessful applicants, the booking fee will be refunded from banks. The applicant can get it back by showing an original receipt and copy of CNIC/NICOP.

Brig. Nadeem Aslam Project Director:

The Brig. Nadeem Aslam also announced that the Askari III possession will be given to the end of 2019. Golf Course ground breaking will be held on Nov 2018 and the launching ceremony of Golf Course Community will be held on June 2019.
