Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Launches Major Crackdown on Illegal Commercial Act

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has launched a large-scale operation to address illegal commercial activities and construction across Lahore.

Led by the Town Planning Wing of the LDA, this operation is being directed by Director General Amir Ahmed Khan, Chief Town Planner Anjum Naseem, and Town Planning Wing Director Salman Mahfuz.

The operation is taking place in various areas across Lahore, such as Multan Road, Canal Road, Sabza Zar Scheme, Allahabad Town, and Marghazar Colony.

During this operation, LDA sealed two commercial buildings on Multan Road and demolished illegal constructions on Canal Road and Kot Band Road.

The enforcement wing and police force have also provided support to this operation.
