CDA cancels allotments of governmental houses

Islamabad- Capital Development Authority (CDA) has cancelled allotments of governmental houses of its employees after the verdict of Supreme Court.
These allotments were made after the retirement of government employees. Hundreds of allotments will be disturbed due to this decision.
Allotments will now be carried out on the basis of merit and waiting lists. SC’s 2011 verdict has been referred in the notification in which Supreme Court had given the judgment against out of turn allotments.
