LDA to Auction Commercial Plots on Soft Terms

In order to boost economic activities and generating more job opportunities in provincial capital, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to auction commercial and residential plots in different areas of the city on relatively soft terms.

You may remember that just a month ago the authority introduced an instalment based business-friendly payment plan for commercial plots located in the commercial hub of the city “Finance and Trade Centre, Johar Town. This time, the authority has decided to auction plots at different locations of the provincial capital.

The auction will be held at the LDA Community Centre in New Muslim Town. As per sources, commercial plots in Finance and Trade Centre, Johar Town, petrol pump sites in Jubilee Town and commercial and residential plots at various locations in different schemes of LDA will be included in the auction.
