Bahria Town Karachi Announced Balloting Before Eid – Latest Bahria Town Karachi Update

Bahria Town Karachi conducted balloting of un-balloted plots and homes (active files) in last Month on 10th May, 2018 which was overdue since long. The numbers were allotted to these plots/homes and new blocks have been added besides Precinct 29, Precinct 32 and Precinct 33 as a result. The new map locating these plots will be released officially very soon. In the meanwhile, Bahria Town Karachi has come up with such good news once more for its customers just before Eid-ul-Fitr. Not all un-balloted files were balloted in 10th May ballot process due to non payment and some other technicalities. The administration has decided to conduct balloting of remaining un-allotted active files and it’s indeed exciting for owners of these files.

Bahria Town Karachi Balloting June 2018 – Before Eid-ul-Fitr
Bahria Town Karachi has decided to conduct balloting of all remaining active un-allotted files of residential plots, Bahria Homes, Old Apartments and Bahria Heights before Eid-ul-Fitr. This announced is being welcomed in the concerned circles and files’ owners are thankful to Bahria Town Karachi for fulfilling its commitment. However, the balloting date has not been confirmed yet officially and once it decided, it will be shared with all customers.

Bahria Town Karachi balloting results June 2018 will be available for all these files’ holders on the very first day after Eid Holidays i-e 25th June, 2018.

All these clients with un-allotted files are advised to contact Bahria Town Karachi office in person or over telephone to know about their participation in this upcoming balloting. Those who will not be included for banking technicalities or payment discrepancies can ask for a clarification from Bahria Town Karachi Head Office staff.
