Islamabad: 29 private housing schemes in Zone V, NA told

ISLAMABAD: Twenty-nine private housing societies have launched schemes in Zone V of Islamabad, the minister in charge of the Cabinet Division told the National Assembly on Friday. The minister said in a written reply to a question that Capital Development Authority (CDA) had issued the no objection certificate (NOC) for 1461 kanals Zaraj Housing, 2984 kanals Soan Garden, 2500 kanals Bahria Town (Phase I, II, III and IV), 809 kanals and 17 marlas River Garden, 1074.14 kanals Al-Hamra Avenue, 800 kanals Jeddah Town, 405 kanals Senate Avenue and 1092.9 kanals CBR Town in Zone V. He said the Zone V housing projects for whose NOC the CDA had been approached included Anchorage Housing, Bahria Town (Phase-VII), OPF Housing Scheme, Jinnah Garden-I, Jinnah Garden-II, AGOCHS-I, AGOCHS-II, Margalla City, Parliamentarians Enclave, Khayaban-e-Kashmir-II, Pak PWD Housing Scheme, Gulshan-e-Rabia and Senate Avenue.
