21 properties sealed on tax non-payment

RAWALPINDI – The Excise and taxation department of Property tax Rawalpindi launched operation against defaulters.

The Excise and taxation department of Rawalpindi launched operation against defaulters and sealed 21 properties that did no pay tax worth of Rs 3.1million respectively in different areas.

ETO Malik Shahzad led by team launched operation in City Saddar road, Pandora, Murree road and other related areas and sealed 21 residential and commercial properties due to the non-payment of Rs 3.1million tax while they also recovered Rs 1.5 million on the spot.

It is significant to mention here that the government of Punjab has launched special campaign against tax evaders due to which the residents had some positive impact and they are paying property tax respectively.
